The iPhone may be getting bigger again. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple is developing a pair of new iPhones with larger displays, one over 4.5 inches diagonally and one over 5 inches diagonally, and plans to release them this year. Reports that Apple is planning a larger iPhone have persisted for some time now, with the Journal itself reporting several times in 2013 that such devices were in the works.

We’ve seen plenty of wearables with solar panels built into them, but how about the most obvious wearable: sunglasses? That’s exactly what these Ray-Ban “Shama” concept sunglasses are. The temples (arms) of the sunglasses capture sunlight throughout the day, and you plug them into your iPhone when the sun goes down.

Google Fiber's mobile app, which first launched for Android and later arrived on iPad, is now available for iPhone and iPod touch.  Aside from expanded availability, Google is also bringing broad DVR management functionality to the app. Fiber subscribers can now schedule, organize, and control playback of DVR recordings from a mobile device. With the latest update, Google is also promising that it's easier to keep track of and jump to your favorite channels without needing to scroll down a massive programming list. Google Fiber's mobile app is a free download on Google Play and the App Store.
